Wow, I sure need to apply that to my life. I can think of countless times I could apply that. Its kind of like that verse in Romans that we read last night, about not returning evil for evil. Or at least, in my mind it is, don't vent all your feelings (such as frustrated ones,) keep them to yourself and if something or someone frustrates you, you don't HAVE to comment back!
